Montecillo Central (West El Paso)

 

Montecillo is located on El Paso's West side between Executive Center and Festival. Phase 1 of 3, or Montecillo Central, is currently under construction. This phase will include commercial, residential, mixed use, school and park designs. New arterials addressing traffic flow are being implemented. Special care has and will continue to be given to the natural arroyo carved by decades of water runoff from the south end of the Franklin Mountains. Phase 1 is expected to yield approximately 150 home sites ranging is size from 6000 square feet to over 12000 square feet.
