The Development Process
Decisions to develop land are made once our team of professionals reviews and accepts a project. Timelines are prepared, engineering, architectural and land planning disciplines are utilized to commence the heart of the development process.
Charted Progress
Managing the development of the land including:
*Attending governmental meetings to determine assessment viability
*Zoning the property
*Contracting for improvements and improvement installation
*The assignment of an on-site field engineer to oversee all critical functions
Site Development
Field engineers oversee the site preparation process. This process involves the day-to-day management of equipment and personnel.
Infrastructure
A site begins to take shape as the "Infrastructure" is installed.
Land Preparation and Early Construction
As infrastructure continues to be installed, early construction can begin for both commercial and residential clientele.
Finished Product
State and local governments are involved in the acceptance process of a development project. Mandatory inspecting throughout the construction process assists in the delivery of a properly designed, built and delivered development.
